chargerThe BCDC wiring kits are non-vehicle specific and available in three different configurations depending on the installation and battery locations. Available in two current ratings - 25 and 50A - each kit contains all the cables, fuses, fuse holders and connectors required to install a BCDC between batteries and features pre-crimped, ‘cut-to-length’ cables.

What's in the kit:

Every kit includes the required cables, fuses, fuse holders and connectors, and features pre-crimped and ‘cut-to-length’ cables. Please note that the Auxiliary Battery ground cable and solar to Anderson cable are not included.

Variants:

  • BCDCWK-001 - 25A SIDE BY SIDE ENGINE BAY WIRING KIT

 Designed for BCDC1220, BCDC1220-IGN, and BCDC1225D, when the start battery and auxiliary battery are in close proximity, within the engine bay (less than 0.6m/2’ apart).

  • BCDCWK-002 - BCDC 25A ACROSS ENGINE BAY WIRING KIT

Designed for BCDC1220, BCDC1220-IGN, and BCDC1225D, when the start battery and auxiliary battery are at opposite ends of the engine bay (more than 0.6m/2’, but less than 3.5m/11’) .

  • BCDCWK-003 - BCDC 25A REAR INSTALL WIRING KIT

 Designed for BCDC1220, BCDC1220-IGN, BCDC1225D, and BCDCN1225* when the start battery and auxiliary battery are at opposite ends of the vehicle (more than 8.5m/28’).

  • BCDCWK-004 - BCDC 50A SIDE BY SIDE ENGINE BAY INSTALL WIRING KIT

Designed for BCDC1240D and BCDC1250D, when the start battery and auxiliary battery are in close proximity within the engine bay (less than 0.6m/2’ apart).

  • BCDCWK-005 - BCDC 50A ACROSS ENGINE BAY INSTALL WIRING KIT

Designed for BCDC1240D and BCDC1250D, when the start battery and auxiliary battery are at opposite ends of the engine bay (more than 0.6m/2’, but less than 3.5m/11’) .

  • BCDCWK-006 - BCDC 50A REAR INSTALL WIRING KIT

Designed for BCDC1240D, BCDC1250D and BCDCN1240*, when the start battery and auxiliary battery are at opposite ends of the vehicle (more than 8.5m/28’).
